Welcome to the Texas Exes Los Angeles Chapter!Our Goals
- We are a 501(c)(3) charity with the goal of raising funds to send students from the greater Los Angeles area on scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin. We weigh financial need, academics, and extra-curriculars in an attempt to find the best candidate(s) each year.
- We promote The University of Texas at Austin and its sentiments and attitudes of education. We provide a community within the greater Los Angeles area, bringing people together. Annually, we hold events that involve charity, community service, support of athletics, business networking, and of course delicious BBQ.
We do not charge for membership nor do we exclude anyone. If you consider yourself a part of our organization, then you are in fact a member of our organization. While we primarily seek out alumni from The University of Texas at Austin, we include everyone who wants to support us.
