The Alumni Professionals of the Southeastern Conference (APSEC) is an annual gathering of alumni relations leaders and innovators from across the SEC. The conference is designed to foster meaningful connection, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas that strengthen alumni engagement and advance the work of alumni professionals.
Attendees can expect engaging programming, peer-to-peer learning, and opportunities to share best practices—deep in the heart of our beautiful Texas campus.

The Otis Hotel

A hotel room block with special group rate of $179/night has been secured at The Otis Hotel for attendees of the 2026 APSEC Conference.
The Otis Hotel is conveniently located near campus and the Alumni Center. The hotel block will be available for the nights of July 26 - 28. Reservations must be received on or before Friday, July 10.
Agenda/Schedule
The 2026 APSEC Conference will kick off Monday afternoon with tours across campus and a welcome dinner. Over the following two days, attendees can expect keynote presentations, breakout sessions, opportunities to network with fellow peers, and more.
Executive Directors, Presidents, and CEOs are invited to join us prior to the conference kickoff for a dedicated welcome dinner and meeting. The welcome dinner for Executive Directors, Presidents and CEOs is being hosted on Sunday, July 26. Please make hotel reservations accordingly.
