Real World 101: Interview Informania Workshop

Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center

Have you ever wondered how to land the perfect job or how to dress to impress? Find out today and come by our interview information workshop that we are having from 5-7 p.m. at the Alumni Center this Wednesday!

The plan: First, there will be a short introduction lecture about basic interviewing skills, followed by two rounds of informal interviews, where you can put your skills to the test in both general and behavioral interviews. Members of the Texas Exes (Alumni) will conduct 2 interviews with each student and give valuable feedback to each one as well as share experiences they have had interviewing for jobs.

This is a chance for you to really fine-tune your interviewing skills in a more casual setting as well as gain a bunch of valuable resources to use in the future!

Dress is business casual, but if you do not have the specific clothing to meet those requirements, just dress appropriately as you can for the occasion. You don't want to make the wrong impression!

Now You Can Benefit from Job Shadowing All Year-Round!

The Texas Exes Job Shadowing Program is a year-round effort to introduce UT students to the world of work through job shadowing experiences.
