All submissions for inclusion in The Alcalde should be sent to AlumniNotes@alumni.utexas.edu or mailed to The Alcalde, PO Box 7278, Austin, TX 78713. Include: full name (maiden also), home address, phone number, grad year and degree(s), and occupation. If e-mailing a photo, please send a high resolution (300dpi) .JPG or .EPS file. Mailed photo prints will not be returned.
The deadline for inclusion in The Alcalde is six weeks prior to the desired issue’s publication. Life Members receive priority.

In Memoriam
We mourn the passing of alumni and friends of The University. You may submit obituaries that have run in newspapers, though our editorial policy is to focus on an individual’s UT activities and connections. Please include the deceased’s full name and type of degree(s).
