Q: I can’t make the Texas Exes Web site load. What should I do?
This site is built for Firefox 2.x or Internet Explorer 7.x for the PC and Safarai for the Mac, at a screen resolution of 1024x768. If you can’t see the entire site you can download a new version of your browser for free!

Q: What are your office hours?
The Association is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, except for national holidays.
Q: How do I find a friend that I went to school with?
Have you looked in the online Alumni Directory or in our new inCircle network? If you’ve tried those sources and haven’t had any luck, the Association is happy to conduct a search request for Texas Ex members. All the information in our database is confidential. Send us a letter with the name of the person (along with any other information that will help us locate right person) and a stamped envelope, and we will forward the letter if we have a current address. Q: What if I don’t want my information released?

Q: How can I get a replacement membership card and/or decal...
Please contact the Membership department at (800) 369-0023 with your full name and current address to request a replacement card or decal.
Q: Does the Association sell season football tickets?
No. All tickets are sold by UT Athletics. You may purchase tickets by calling The University of Texas Ticket Office at (800) 982-2386.
Q: But, I hear you sell individual football tickets...
We do run a ticket service program. Life Members may purchase tickets that have been turned in to us. The tickets are sold at face value plus a $1 processing fee. Tickets are only sold for home games and go on sale three hours before kickoff on a first come, first served basis at the Alumni Center. You must show your Life Member card or Life Member Key Tag to purchase tickets.
Q: What can I do with my football tickets if I am not attending the game?
We can resell your home game football ticket and send you a check for the proceeds, or you can donate the proceeds to our general scholarship fund. Please mail your tickets with your preference to:

Q: I am not receiving my ALCALDE Magazine; can you help?
If you are not receiving your ALCALDE Magazine, it may be time to renew your Membership or you may need to update your address. You may also call (800) 369-0023 for further assistance.
Q: Are my Annual Membership dues tax-deductible?
Yes! 80% of your dues are tax deductible. Additional donations to the Texas Exes are tax deductible and may be eligible for matching funds from your employer.
Q: Can Members bring family to the Alumni Center Open Houses on game day?
Yes. Each Member plus one adult guest and children 18 and under are free when accompanied by a Member. Non-Members are admitted at a cost of $5 with a Member.
Q: How can I get a new Life Member key tag?
Key tags are for Life Members only. If you need to order a replacement, the cost is $10.00. You can pay over the phone at 471-3819 or 1-800-369-0023. Or you can mail a check to:

Q: I can’t remember my log in ID or password…
You can have your ID and/or password emailed to you here. If you no longer have access to your email account, contact onlineservices@alumni.utexas.edu.
Q: How do I change the address my alumni email is forwarded to?
Log in to online services and go to the Email Forwarding section. Click on the link Click here to claim/update your email forwarding information and enter the information requested. Be sure to click 'YES' to activate and SAVE. It may take up to 10 minutes for the changes to go into effect.
Q: How do I update my contact information with the University?
The Texas Exes and the University of Texas share the same database. You can update your information online through online services or by calling 1-800-369-0023.
